distributed on "AS IS" basis without warranties of any kind, either
expressed or implied.
surfers2u.com is not responsible for any loss of data, profits or other
problems associated with using our Web site, including but not limited
to lost of credits, referrals, etc. You agree to use our Web site at
your own risk.
surfers2u is not responsible for the income claims or promises with
sites in rotation. You join any advertised program at your own risk and
we advise you to research all business opportunities before you invest
any money.
You agree to receive regular newsletters and system notification emails
from surfers2u. You can unsubscribe from our newsletter anytime by
clicking on the unsubscribe link at the bottom of each our newsletters.
Unsubscribe requests are processed automatically and immediately.
You will not use surfers2u.com if you are under 13.
Your direct upline member may also contact you using internal messaging
system. However, if you would like not to receive messages from your
upline member in the future, please log into your account and uncheck
the "Receive messages from my upline" field on the "Settings" page.
To optimize our site's database we have simple rules to keep it current
and fast-loading. Every site which has zero activity during the last 30
days (no credit assignments, no changes in site status) will be
deactivated (set to passive status). If you do not change its status to
active, then such a site can be deleted from our database in 45 more
days. So you actually have 75 days to decide if you need an old site or
not. Also, for your convenience our system script adds short warning
message under the "active/passive" option on the "My sites" page, if
some of your sites will be deactivated or deleted soon. Obviously, all
credits assigned to such sites will be transferred to your account
automatically. However, this doesn't apply to declined sites. A declined
site which is not deleted within 10 days by its owner is removed from
our database during automatic site deletion. All credits assigned to
declined site are lost on automatic site deletion. In order to save
credits, you need to delete your declined site from your account within
10 days after site declination.
Not more than one account per person allowed. If you create more
than one account, all your accounts will be terminated. However, you are
welcome to refer your relatives (even if you share the same computer
and/or IP address).
Spam is not allowed
If you are found spamming, your account will be terminated right away
and you will lose all credits and referrals.
DO NOT CHEAT
When one is cheating, he is "stealing" from other members. Therefore,
members who are found to be cheating the system through the use of
programs, robotic methods or any other means will have their accounts
terminated immediately. If it becomes necessary for us to terminate an
account — all credits and referrals will be forfeited.
You are not allowed to sell surfers2u.com credits or impressions to
other users
Selling surfers2u credits, banner impressions and text ad impressions
is prohibited. If you are caught selling credits or impressions, we will
terminate your and your buyer's accounts right away.
Non-English sites
Non-English sites can be submitted with appropriate country targeting
only.
No illegal content
We DO NOT accept sites with porn, adult content, warez, illegally copied
software or offensive content. surfers2u will be the sole decision
maker in regards to approving or declining your Web site.
No more than 1 popup
We WILL NOT accept sites with more than 1 popup. That popup CAN NOT open
new popups.
Keep frames
If your site removes frames — we will not approve it! Our surf bar uses
frames to control our members' surfing.
Other important restrictions
- Your site cannot launch any JavaScript alert/popup that requires
user input to allow surfing to continue;
- NO sites with background searches;
- NO sites that deliver ads in mini or zero-size iframes;
- NO HYIP Sites (High Yield Investment Program);
- NO gambling-related web sites;
- Your site must not attempt to automatically download files;
- You may not advertise any surf pages trying to earn credits from
another exchange. However, we do accept referral links instead;
- NO sites with loud music/sound/video without an OFF/MUTE/PAUSE
switch;
- NO sites that freeze the browser window or stop the timer.
If you find such a site while surfing, please report it as illegal
content using the "Report site" link on the surfing frame.
Penalties
If you violate any of the Terms, your account will either be penalized
for 20-500 credits (to be determined by our staff) or terminated (all
referrals and credits will be lost).
All sales are final
There will be no refunds issued for any sales made through the
surfers2u.com Web site.
Modifications to the Terms
surfers2u reserves the right to modify these terms at any time.
surfers2u.com reserves the right to refuse, block, or terminate the
membership of any member found to be violating the Terms of Service.
We will be the sole arbiter as to what constitutes a violation of the
terms.
